About Richard Thank you for taking the time to read about me! My fitness journey started with the skinny fat kid who wanted to gain some muscle. In my 8 years of lifting, I've been through bulks that gone too far and gained unnecessary fat and I've cut drastic weight for sports. I've experimented with every training split and every FAD Diet you can think of (Intermittent fasting, keto, animal based, you name it). Now I want to help others reach their fitness goals without making the same mistakes I made.
Recognized under the International Sports and Science Association (ISSA), as certified personal trainer and nutritionist, I implement my knowledge and personal trial and error to apply what has worked in my experience and also to clarify any misconceptions brought upon by media diets. If you're looking to be the absolute greatest athlete in the world, I am not the coach for you. There are better trainers out there. BUT if you are just getting into fitness, if you are the average gym goer looking to break plateaus, or if you are looking to see how fitness, nutrition, and recovery habits can be implemented into your life to make you feel better, more energetic and overall more productive, then I have zero doubt I can help you! |
