I get it, I enjoy making my own workout plans and sometimes, I am completely fine doing the same routine that I enjoy.
However, the gym is a small fraction of what contributes to body composition. What you do in the gym will not matter if you are not eating properly. Additionally, you may even risk not performing your best in the gym if you do not eat the right foods to fuel yourself.
With the meal plan, you will get 2 revisions if needed (everyone's metabolism is different).
